What is your property worth?
Before your moving journey can begin, a fair and honest valuation of your home is the starting point. The sales process starts by contacting our team so we can understand your needs and discover your property details. We will then arrange for our director John to visit you for a free, no-obligation, valuation.
Prior to the visit we hand deliver, (wherever possible) a copy of our bespoke marketing material which is used as a discussion point at the visit. This gives you an insight into Home Truths and also affords us the opportunity to see your home and locality on an informal basis.
At the visit, John will discuss your needs in more detail, look around your home, share local housing market information and agree on both a valuation and a marketing strategy with you. We hope that you’ll be delighted with what you hear and we can move forward together in a time frame to suit you.

How we will sell your house
As soon as you decide to sell your house with Home Truths, we start the sales process.
We begin by creating a unique, tailored marketing plan to highlight your home to as many potential buyers as possible. Ths includes capturing all your home has to offer with professional photography, video footage and detailed floor plans. They are then drawn into marketing materials including a glossy brochure which will be widely used to showcase your property. Your home will be featured on the Home Truths website, large property websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market as well as a wide range of smaller property portals.
We also promote your property across our social media platforms reaching over 3000 followers via Facebook alone. But thats not all; we have many registered, and pre-qualified potential buyers and we ensure that your property is seen by them all. We do this via email and personal phone calls.
Viewings and offers
As part of our sales process we provide you with tips to prepare and show off your home to potential buyers. And most importantly our commitment to hosting viewings of your home makes this part of the sales process really simple. You can even head out for some leisure time and leave the Home Truths team to host pre-qualified buyers at our unique Launch Viewing Events and subsequent viewings.
But what good is the viewing without feedback? We aim to provide our customers with feedback from the viewings within 24 hours. It may not be a yes to your home but the feedback we get from the no’s will give us valuable insight. This allows us to make changes to the marketing of your home (where appropriate) as part of your Home Truths marketing journey. The whole process is overseen by Imogen, who leads vendor support throughout.
Hopefully there will be a great response and an offer. All offers are financially/chain qualified before being put forward. Imogen will negotiate between yourself and the buyer to agree a sale price and time scale to completion, that everyone is happy with.
Sales progression
This is an area of the sales process not to underestimate.
However, with Nina working on your behalf it will run as smoothly as possible. Nina oversee’s all sales in progress through to exchange and completion. She works tirelessly to keep in touch with the buyer, both solicitors and most importantly you. Nina will also assist with organising surveys and any work needed as a result.
Keeping this process moving forward is key to getting a successful completion and we are on hand to ensure that the process goes through as smoothly as possible… Right through to moving day and handing over the keys.
